Fair Mead Events was created for people and businesses who want to host beautifully planned events, without the stress of managing them alone.

After nearly 10 years working within both the corporate events and wedding industry we saw the same challenge repeatedly, clients knew the experience they wanted to create but were overwhelmed with the hundreds of decisions required to achieve it.

That’s where Fair Mead Events comes in. We specialise in guiding clients who need help with structure, clarity and confidence. Some arrive with a clear vision, whilst others simply know they want it to feel special. Either way, our role is to translate ideas into a practical plan, recommend the right suppliers, manage logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

Calm organisation is at the heart of every event we deliver. Problems are solved before they become noticeable, timelines stay on track, and you remain free to actually enjoy hosting your guests.

We work with families hosting private celebrations who want professional expertise behind the scenes, as well as with companies without an in-house events team who need experienced support for staff events or client gatherings.

Fair Mead Events offers two event services, Full Service Events and Helping Hand Events. Full Service Events is for those who’d like help with all aspects of the event planning process, recommendations for and management of suppliers, plus on the day event management. Helping Hand Events is for those who have everything booked and organised but would like on the day event management.

Either event service begins with a complimentary initial discussion so we can understand more about the event you want to create. For full service events we’ll organise a dedicated consultation where we’ll present tailored recommendations and a clear plan of action. From there, Fair Mead Events will manage suppliers, logistics and the event on the day. For helping hand events, we’ll organise another meeting just before your event so you can let us know your final plans, and then we’ll see you on the day!
